As a motivational public speaker, author, and transformational coach, Dheeraj has led high-impact workshops that have inspired students, professionals, and corporate teams to move from where they are to where they aspire to be. Despite holding a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Dheeraj’s true calling took shape in the conference management industry, where his leadership left a lasting imprint. He has contributed to the success of several renowned organizations, including Marcus Evans, ITP Publishing Group, Kavaq Business Intelligence, Egnatia Group Malaysia, and RKML Textile Group Canada.

In 2013, Dheeraj co-founded Asian Business Forums, a conference management company born from a bold vision: to create a meaningful knowledge-sharing and networking platform for C-level executives across industries. Under his leadership, the firm organized and executed high-magnitude events that bridged ideas, innovation, and industry expertise.
